A beautiful day at Traid on the Trails 2023

TRAID on the Trails 2023 proved to be a successful event, bringing the community together for a day of inclusive recreation along the Erie Canalway Trail last Saturday September 16, 2023. Participants of all abilities joined in various activities, including walking, rolling, cycling, fishing, geocaching, and yard games. ARISE Adaptive Design and several other inclusive programs collaborated to make the event a hit.

TRAID on the Trails 2023 aimed to provide something for everyone. Attendees had the chance to engage in a diverse range of activities along the Erie Canalway Trail, promoting inclusivity and outdoor enjoyment.

CNY Adaptive Sports showcased their adaptive cycle fleet at the event. This allowed participants to learn about and experience adaptive sports equipment firsthand, offering a unique way to appreciate the scenic beauty Onondaga Lake.
