New Leadership to Enhance Community Engagement and Program Development
Casey Favata and Erik Ryan bring personal experience and proven dedication to The organization’s mission
CNY Adaptive Sports is thrilled to announce the addition of two integral members to its Board of Directors, enhancing the leadership within its executive committee. Casey Favata, currently a sophomore at Oswego State, has been appointed as the Secretary. Casey brings a personal connection to the organization, with both his brother and father actively participating in the Sled Hockey team. His deep familial ties and commitment to adaptive sports enrich his role and perspective within the board.
Joining Casey, Erik Ryan has assumed the position of Vice President. A long-time member of CNY Adaptive Sports, Erik has been an enthusiastic participant in both the basketball and sled hockey teams. His extensive experience and dedication to the organization will be crucial in driving forward the group’s mission.
The addition of Casey and Erik is expected to significantly bolster the strategic initiatives of CNY Adaptive Sports, as they continue to provide exceptional sports opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
